Continuing education is an integral part of Dr. Kics’ professional growth. He has completed hundreds of hours of coursework to give your family the highest level of care imaginable.
Dr. Kics has been happily married to his wife and best friend Teja for almost 30 years. They met while attending the University of Illinois and have been true partners in raising their family and building Westgate Dental Care to the dental practice it is today. With two grown daughters who recently completed college, Dr. Kics and Teja enjoy spending quality time with their family and friends.
As for personal hobbies, Dr. Kics pretty much enjoys doing anything outdoors. You’ll often find him walking his Labradoodle Charlie at nearby forest preserves, rain, snow or shine. These walks are often where he’s able to think about new ideas and decisions for making Westgate Dental Care the special place it is. He especially enjoys hiking and playing golf in the summer and skiing in winter! Dr. Kics also loves to travel; some of his favorite destinations include Croatia, Switzerland and Steamboat, Colorado - his “happy” place. In the future, he hopes to visit Latvia since his parents both immigrated from there before he was born.
