Your First Dental Visit
If you’ve chosen to entrust your smile to the Westgate Dental Care team, we can’t wait to see you. From the moment you arrive, we’ll greet you with a warm smile and work hard to make you feel right at home. Patients should expect to spend a little extra time with us at their first appointment. We’ll review your new patient documents and answer any questions you have. Then, we’ll show you around the dental office. Finally, you’ll receive a thorough examination and teeth cleaning, and one of our dentists will go over your current state of oral health and help you develop a plan for ongoing care. Financing Options Available
At the time of service, we ask for payment for the out-of-pocket costs of treatment, the portion not covered by insurance. We accept your payment in cash, check, or a major credit card. We are also happy to work with third-party financiers that offer low and no-interest payment plans. CareCredit financing is available in our dental office. You can click the link below to get pre-approved. We also accept payments online.
In-House Dental Savings Plan
If you don’t have an insurance plan, we offer an alternative, the Westgate Dental Care Membership Program. Our in-house savings plan makes receiving necessary dental care affordable for those patients without traditional dental insurance coverage. Our Membership Plan includes reduced fees for any service (even those not covered by traditional insurance), unlimited digital X-rays, complimentary consultations, emergency visits, and regular checkups and cleanings.
