Getting to Know Aurora Hart, DDS
Why I Love Being A Dentist
“I feel so lucky to be in a career that brings me so much joy. I have always had a keen eye for detail when it comes to both sciences and the arts. Being a dentist in Arlington Heights helps me combine this talent with my passion for helping others. Restoring a person’s smile and giving them the confidence to show it off throughout their everyday life is the ultimate reward.
Dentistry is also one of the rare medical professions where I get to treat entire families, from toddlers to grandparents. Sustaining these relationships from the first loose tooth onward is beyond gratifying.”
My Patient Philosophy
“It is vital to me that my patients thoroughly understand their overall oral health needs. It is important that we are able to work together to establish a treatment plan that will provide my patients with a long-lasting, beautiful, and healthy smile that they truly love.
I also consider myself a lifelong learner. Keeping up to date with the latest techniques and technologies through continuing education courses helps me feel confident that I am able to continue to provide my patients with the best care possible.”

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Hart is a very busy mother of three school-aged children. She and her husband, Mike, have known each other since grade school, and they were very excited to raise a family in their hometown of Evanston. You can often find her cheering on her sons, Wade and Bruce, at the baseball field or chasing after Helen, her very spirited daughter. In recent years, she has become an avid runner! She completed the Chicago half-marathon in 2019 and hopes to participate in future races. She and her family have also started fishing together. There is nothing better than being out on the lake on a beautiful day and seeing the excitement on her kids’ faces when they finally catch a fish.
